A key part of any workshop/smokehouse is lighting :)
I had to scrap the idea of the 400W unit, its like working in a tanning salon.
I picked up recycled office lights 36w twin batons. The fun began when trying to work out whether its better with a diffuser or without.
In the end, its much better without!
Camera exposure was set to manual, see the back wall difference?

The splash light is much better without the diffuser.
Its not the size that counts, but what you do with it.
A shopping trolley i found at my friends house?
An old laptop and screen, perfect for checking my CAD designs
