* 1 3/4" = Silicone hose black 90 degree 1,75 - 2'' (45 - 51mm)
* AN-10 90degree push on fitting = (5/8) inch = 16mm hose
* 2" Ally pipe - straight ~35cm
AN push on hose fittings to inches to mm:
AN-3 = 3/16" = 5 mmAN-4 = 1/4" = 6 mm
AN-5 = 3/8" = 9 mm / 10 mm
AN-8 = 1/2" = 12 mm

AN-12 = 3/4" = 18 mm / 19 mm / 20 mm
AN-16 = 1" = 25 mm
I have yet to finish the install. Still have to work out the turbo oil return and the oil cooler lines, they are interfering.

I had been waiting for the kit for 2years, two years of RnD so any colour pipes would do, Todd/TDM had purple in stock.

one of the first DiY mods on the Colt back in 08/09. Time for the XR6 FMIC to be replaced. Jason & Dean worked their magic

Out it comes.

The new core feels heavier, it looks about 1 row less, but thickness is increase by about 20mm

Custom end tanks to get around the AC cannister

Thickness comparison
Extra row on the XR6 Cooler

New one mounted after some modifications.

The bracket mount wouldn't line up, I have no idea if it was made incorrectly or I had done some chassis mortification that I can't remember. I installed a longer bolt so i could offset the FMIC
Going to miss the old girl...Proud to say I had done it by myself

Using my exhaust pipe expander to increase the diam of my 2" ally pipe. The only 90degree bend i have that fits the turbo outlet is larger than 2"
TD04 Turbo Outlet = 1 3/4" = Silicone hose black 90 degree 1,75 - 2'' (45 - 51mm)
I could not find one!!!
So I increased the diam from 2" to 2-1/4"

Had to reroute the oil drain - AN10 @ 45 Degrees....SO EXPENSIVE :(
