Crack screen was caused by my phone flying off the car bonnet at 100km/hr. Picked up all the pieces off the freeway ^_^ and as good as new...4 months later i finally buy a screen off ebay for $50audCame with the security tool screwdriver.

Unplug the cables touch screen, lcd, buttons
Slowly ease the screen off the digitizer
